Bloodline Traits are added to the base Race's in most instances, exceptions will be covered in their descriptions. Multiple instances of identical gains do NOT stack except where mentioned.

Dragonborn with this Bloodline are extremely closely related to a particular dragon & always have the same colour listed below as they gained from their base Race.

  • Languages: Gain the ability to speak, read & write Draconic. Draconic is one of the oldest Languages, often used in the study of magic. It sounds harsh to most other creatures, including numerous hard consonants & sibilants.
  • Blindsight: Gain Blindsight (10') if you did not already possess it or add 5' to its range if you did.
  • Darkvision: Gain Darkvision (30') if you did not already possess it or add 15' to its range if you did.
  • Draconic Resistance: Gain Resistance to a certain kind of damage defined by your ancestor's colour as shown on the table below. If you already possess Resistance to that damage type, gain Immunity instead!
  • Breath Weapon: You may use an Action to exhale destructive energy & your ancestry determines the size, shape & damage type as shown on the table below. When you do this each creature in the area of the breath must make a Saving Throw (DC: 8 + your Constitution modifier + your Proficiency Bonus) & takes the listed damage on a fail, half as much on a success (this damage increases as you gain levels). After you use your Breath weapon you can’t use it again until you complete a Long rest, unless you already possess a Breath weapon of this type from your base Race whereupon you regain use of it after a Short or Long Rest.
