Traits
Bloodline Traits are added to the base Race's in most instances, exceptions will be covered in their descriptions. Multiple instances of identical gains do NOT stack except where mentioned.
- Ability Score lncrease: +1 Dexterity OR Wisdom.
- Age: Unchanged.
- Alignment: Feral's are usually Neutral since they embody the spirit of the wild. Most tend to be wild & free and therefore favor Chaos over Law.
- Size: Unchanged, though on the leaner side.
- Speed: Unchanged.
- Languages: Unchanged.
- Darkvision: Gain Darkvision (30') if you did not already possess it or add 15' to its range if you did.
- Feral: Gain proficiency in the Stealth skill.
- Keen Smell: You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
- Shifting Nature: As a Reaction after receiving damage, you may Shift, entering a bestial state for 1 minute. You can end the Shift at any moment as a Bonus Action. While you are in this state, you cannot cast spells that require Concentration. You can’t Shift again until you finish a Long Rest. At 5th level, you have achieved more control & can Shift a second time before taking a Long Rest & can Shift at will as a Bonus Action. Possessing this Trait makes you immune to attempts to Polymorph you against your will.
- Razorclaw: Whilst Shifted your base Walking Speed increases by 5', you have Advantage on Dexterity Saving Throws as long as you are not wearing Heavy Armour, you grow a pair of large claws or talons which allow your Unarmed Attacks to do Slashing damage if you wish & at 5th level you can make an Unarmed Attack as a Bonus Action.
